We, at S.G. Biopharma, follow GMP (good manufacturing process) directed at quality assurance specifically meant for producing items as per quality standards that are appropriate for its intended use. WHO (World Health Organization) has laid down these assurance guidelines for manufacturers of drugs and formulations in which we are engaged. As responsible WHO GMP approved exporter for tablet in India, we are very strict about our manufacturing process and guidelines followed.
GMP is especially aimed at reducing inherent risks involved in any form of drug manufacturing. These risks could be classified under two heads: improper labeling and mix-ups of cross contamination. As responsible exporters of tablet formulations, we ensure to sell medicines that do not cause any harm to patients due to inferior quality. For achieving our purpose, we maintain stringent conditions of hygiene and sanitation throughout our manufacturing process which ends with packaging. We also lay emphasis on the source of our raw materials as they form the basic ingredients of our tablets.
Our quality control begins with our premises and extends to all phases of production. Checks at every level ensure that the finished items are totally safe and conform to international quality. As we are exporters of tablets, we are even more particular about the quality of our produce as they must satisfy international purity and safety standards.
Premises – Quality checks always begin with our factory premise which includes production areas, storage areas, quality control areas, weighing areas and miscellaneous areas. Our entire works particularly production, quality control and storage areas are thoroughly sanitized and free from any sort of contamination. The manufacturing floor is maintained in an impeccably sanitized state to prevent all forms of pollution and infections.
Pollution-free Production processes – We, at S.G. Biopharm, adhere to strictest sanitization processes from processing of tablets to packaging. Not only is our environment protected against bacterial and cross contamination, even our employees are attired in protective attire to prevent spread of any infection or disease. As our tablets go through different stages of manufacture, they need to pass quality checks at every step. Our checking extends even to packaging stage. It should be noted that packing is of critical importance as any defects at this phase would tender our tablets unfit for exports.
Quality Control – We exercise quality control at each and every step from procurement till shipment. Ingredients are sourced from standardized vendors so that materials are of the best quality. Even then, we conduct several tests on these raw materials and thereafter at every step of manufacturing.
